OUR SERVICES

Our services and troubleshooting are done right the first time with our professional electricians to eliminate wasted time and money. We provide low rates with the convenience of time and materials billing or flat rate options.

Exterior Lighting Maintenance Agreement:

Servicing all exterior lighting fixtures.
Replacing burned-out lamps, ballasts, broken lamp holders, and sockets within the fixtures.
Repair or replace the electrical system as necessary.
Preventative maintenance of fixtures and lamps and clean lenses, diffusers, and reflectors when fixtures are re-lamped.
Test time clocks and lighting controls, and reset time clocks twice a year for daylight savings settings.
Pole density testing, and a daylight inspection of the property to identify any possible hazards or repairs that are needed. We will provide a written report within 10 days of inspection including documentation of the inspection date.
